Changes:
Improved efficient File Browser directory scanning with a new device "no scan" feature that avoids caching and scan-ahead of devices that would otherwise take a long time to scan (ie NFS mounts).
Added improved password support to the Archiver, password is now prompted whenever an object is being added or extracted from an archive.
Fixed several bugs in the archive add and extract signal emission and improved archive add and extract error messages.
Added a new and improved Properties Dialog that features a more convient way to set link targets and provides more details on an object's properties.
Added UID and GID support to the Endeavour 2 API library.
